Health Benefits, 401k matching, 10 days accrued PTO About the Role As a Project Manager for Global Planning Transformation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of supply chain planning capabilities for a global technology leader. You will be responsible for driving the strategy, planning, and execution of key initiatives, with a strong emphasis on leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance planning processes, improve decision-making, and deliver greater business value. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence strategic direction, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the cutting-edge application of AI in a complex, global supply chain environment.
Role Overview Project Execution:
Drive projects across multiple global teams to achieve approved business and technical outcomes.
Operations & Logistics:
Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and vendor accountability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Coordinate global planning operations and collaborate seamlessly with diverse internal teams and external partners.
Strategic Alignment:
Ensure all project deliverables align with organizational strategic goals and compliance policies. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project management activities from initiation through final delivery. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, resource tracking, and budgets. Manage stakeholder communications and align expectations across global regions. Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions as needed. Utilize project management tools and platforms to track milestones and deliver transparent status reporting.
Skills & Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Project Experience:
Experience managing complex, multi-region projects across diverse cultures and time zones.
Leadership & Communication:
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Tool Proficiency:
Experience with standard project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, Miro).
Desired Qualifications Experience:
3+ years of technical or supply chain project management experience with a track record of successfully delivering complex initiatives.
AI Knowledge:
Proven experience or familiarity with the implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions, including machine learning, predictive analytics, or natural language processing (NLP) within a business context.
Supply Chain Domain:
Strong understanding of foundational supply chain planning principles, including demand forecasting, supply planning, inventory management, and S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning).
Methodologies:
Proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall frameworks.
Adaptability:
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and rapidly changing global enterprise. #IND2
