Job Description

Title:
Project Manager We are seeking a motivated and highly organized Project Manager to support the successful execution of projects from start to finish. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work. This role is well-suited for both early-career professionals with relevant experience and individuals transitioning from industries such as construction, furniture, or other project-based fields. Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day coordination and execution of projects to ensure timely and successful delivery Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and consistent communication Coordinate and procure materials required for upcoming projects Support planning and execution of large-scale initiatives Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and data tracking using Excel and other tools Partner cross-functionally to ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience Open to entry-level candidates with strong organizational skills and relevant internships or hands-on experience 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, construction, furniture, or related industries is a plus Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Self-starter with a proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with clients Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required) Experience with project management tools or business systems is a plus Preferred Background Experience in construction, furniture, or similar project-driven environments Familiarity with project management software, ERP, or CRM systems What We Offer Competitive salary Hybrid work schedule (4 days in-office, Fridays remote) Clear opportunities for professional growth and advancement A collaborative and supportive team environment Exposure to impactful projects and direct client interaction Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cincinnati, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $38.46/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
