Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to manage and lead steel fabrication projects in our facility. This role offers an exciting opportunity to coordinate diverse teams, manage project timelines, participate /assist in estimating and procurement, and ensure the successful delivery of complex construction initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in construction management software, project scheduling, and blueprint reading, with a passion for driving projects forward with energy and precision. Responsibilities Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets using construction management software such as Tekla. Coordinate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to accurately assess project scope and requirements. Monitor construction site activities to ensure compliance with safety standards, quality specifications, and project timelines. Utilize tools like ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, and Primavera to track progress, manage documentation, and facilitate communication across all stakeholders. Oversee procurement processes including construction estimating and contract negotiations to optimize resources. Manage project schedules proactively by identifying potential delays or issues early and implementing corrective actions swiftly. Experience Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in project coordination on large-scale projects. Extensive knowledge of construction site operations, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and contract management. Hands-on experience with construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, HeavyBid or similar platforms. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Strong understanding of construction estimating, project scheduling, and time management principles. Prior work experience in civil or heavy construction environments is highly desirable. Pay:
$70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
