This position is hybrid. This person will join our Kelly FSP (Functional Service Provider) division, a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc. JOB GOAL
The Professional Affairs Project Manager's responsibilities will include oversight and support of professional education programs at the Institute, in the field, and at large conferences; including planning, end to end program management, as well as contracting needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum education required for competent performance: Bachelor's degree or equivalent Minimum experience required for competent performance: Ability to work in a matrix environment with cross functional teams is essential Contract management and execution Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence is necessary Project Management Certification - General Project Management experience - 2-3 years Equipment/software usage and abilities needed: Detail oriented independent thinker and self-starter SME with Totality and other contracting software Microsoft 365 Office Suite with expertise in Excel (pivot tables and advanced formulas) and proficient in PowerPoint. MS Forms/surveys. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal,) fluency in additional languages a plus
Travel:
Approximately 10% annual travel may be required
RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information in conjunction with project owner(s) Actively participate in project meetings providing input and problem-solving ideas Supervise current projects and coordinate with all team members to keep workflow on track Manage project-related data, including contracts, by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and store with particular attention to upkeep digital files in MS Teams and SharePoint Coordinate activities, resources, equipment and information Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives Make certain that clients' needs are met as the project evolves Help prepare project proposals, timeframes, schedules, and budgets Manage, control, and coordinate project schedule and implementation to make sure projects are completed on time Monitor and track project's progress of a project to all stakeholders via dashboards Prepare/update project status reports, process invoices, update tracking reports, maintain files for due diligence and financials, and assist with contracting Coordinate bookings and procedures Performs other related duties as assigned by management 10247894 Share this job Copied url To save a job sign in or get started To apply for this job email your details to I want more jobs like this in my inbox.
