Project Manager

Description On Site role in Fort MIll SC. May be some flex for 1 day remote but need to be comfortable on site in Fort Mill. Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex, cross‑functional projects, ensuring successful implementation from initiation through execution and close‑out Drive operational process improvements that increase efficiency, reduce risk, and improve scalability Strengthen the control environment through disciplined execution, governance, and risk management Deliver a world‑class customer experience, with a focus on reliability, transparency, and outcomes Facilitate executive‑level discussions to clarify objectives, assess tradeoffs, and determine next steps Independently evaluate complex situations, develop solutions, and make clear recommendations with enterprise impact Manage dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery milestones while maintaining alignment to department and management goals Prepare and deliver executive‑level communications, including status reporting, decision materials, and PowerPoint presentations Partner effectively with leaders and stakeholders to drive alignment, accountability, and results Additional Skills & Qualifications Proven ability to lead projects independently, exercising sound judgment and decision‑making authority Strong program and project management experience, managing multiple workstreams and enterprise stakeholders Demonstrated experience delivering technical solutions; data management experience a strong plus Ability to analyze complex problems and develop practical, scalable solutions Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with comfort presenting to executive / leaders; demonstrated knowledge of identifying and building leadership level reporting Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, including building executive‑level materials Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and build trusted relationships with executives and customers Experience in operational environments, customer service, or relationship management preferred Lean and/or Six Sigma experience a plus Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Fort Mill, SC. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $75.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
