Project ManagerAbout Crobar Crobar | Creative Leverage is a strategic marketing and creative agency specializing in helping brands launch products, grow demand, and create meaningful customer experiences. For more than 20 years, we have partnered with leading organizations in home furnishings, design, trade shows, flooring, transportation, and manufacturing. We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Project Manager to join our team and help lead complex marketing and creative initiatives for national and regional clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple projects, coordinating diverse stakeholders, and ensuring work moves from concept to completion with exceptional attention to detail. Position Summary The Project Manager serves as the day-to-day coordinator for marketing, creative, digital, content, advertising, signage, photography, video, and event-related projects. Working closely with agency leadership, creative teams, production specialists, and client stakeholders, this individual will be responsible for keeping projects on schedule, maintaining clear communication, tracking deliverables, and ensuring exceptional execution across all initiatives. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple moving pieces simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment. ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Coordination Manage multiple marketing and creative projects from kickoff through final delivery. Develop project timelines, milestones, and task assignments. Coordinate internal creative, design, video, web, content, and production teams. Track project progress and proactively identify risks or delays. Ensure projects remain on schedule and within approved scope. Facilitate project kickoffs and maintain momentum throughout the project lifecycle. Client Communication Serve as a primary day-to-day point of contact for project-related communication. Schedule and lead status meetings. Prepare meeting notes, action items, and project updates. Maintain clear communication between client stakeholders and internal teams. Manage approvals and feedback cycles efficiently. Ensure clients have visibility into project status, priorities, and deadlines. Workflow Management Utilize Monday.com and other project management platforms to manage tasks, deadlines, and resources. Monitor project workloads and resource allocation. Ensure all project documentation, files, and approvals are properly organized. Coordinate production schedules and vendor deliverables when needed. Support agency leadership with project forecasting and workload planning. Quality Control Review deliverables prior to client presentation. Ensure projects meet Crobar standards for quality, branding, and accuracy. Verify that all revisions and stakeholder feedback have been addressed. Support final delivery and implementation of marketing assets. Campaign & Event Support Coordinate integrated marketing initiatives across digital, print, video, web, social, and event channels. Assist in managing timelines for advertising, signage, content development, photography, video production, and campaign launches. Support teams in preparing for major client initiatives, product launches, and events. QualificationsRequired 3+ years of project management, account management, marketing coordination, or agency experience. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience working with project management software such as Monday.com, Asana, ClickUp, Basecamp, or similar platforms. High attention to detail and follow-through. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment. Preferred Agency experience. Experience managing creative, marketing, digital, or event-related projects. Familiarity with website development, content creation, photography, video production, and advertising workflows. Experience working with trade shows, events, home furnishings, lifestyle brands, or B2B marketing. Knowledge of Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Cloud workflows, and collaborative review tools. What Success Looks Like Within the first 90 days, the Project Manager will: Become a trusted organizational hub for assigned client accounts. Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams. Improve project visibility, accountability, and communication.
