• Job Description - Enterprise Program / Project Manager
• This position is responsible for leading
• end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives
• within a dynamic financial services environment. The role requires a highly independent program/project leader who can drive execution, improve operational processes, and partner effectively with senior stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes.

• Required Qualifications
• Proven experience leading
• enterprise-scale programs/projects
• with multiple stakeholders and workstreams
• Demonstrated success in
• cross-functional stakeholder management and influence without authority
• Experience delivering technical or data-related initiatives
• (data management experience a plus)
• Advanced proficiency in
• PowerPoint and Excel
• , including building executive-level materials and reporting
• Exceptional

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $75.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
