We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and drive enterprise-wide ERP transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing complex ERP projects within regulated industries or manufacturing environments, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead ERP-related projects and business transformation initiatives. Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables. Coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and third-party vendors. Drive project governance, status reporting, and issue resolution. Ensure projects align with business objectives and operational requirements.
Qualifications:
3 years of project management experience. Experience supporting ERP systems and related business initiatives. Background in manufacturing and/or regulated environments preferred. Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. PMP or related certification is a plus.
