Our technologies combine high-performance vision systems, automation, and innovative pulsed X-ray inspection solutions to help customers achieve the highest levels of product quality, safety, and operational efficiency. We are looking for a proactive, technically driven, and highly organized Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced industrial environments and understands how to effectively drive projects from concept through successful completion. This role requires strong project leadership, professional customer interaction skills, technical understanding, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders while maintaining focus on timelines, quality, and execution. Key Responsibilities Manage customer projects from kickoff through final completion and customer acceptance Coordinate timelines, deliverables, installation planning, and technical project requirements Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and internal teams throughout project execution Drive projects proactively while identifying risks, bottlenecks, and solutions early Support site surveys, integration reviews, layout discussions, and technical planning activities Coordinate commissioning activities together with service and engineering teams Track milestones, documentation, open items, and customer deliverables to ensure project momentum Facilitate communication between cross-functional and international teams Support process improvements to strengthen project execution efficiency and customer satisfaction Maintain professional customer relationships while managing expectations in dynamic project environments Support escalation management and help drive issues to resolution effectively and professionally What Makes This Role Unique This is not a traditional project management position focused only on schedules and reporting.
