Project Manager (HR / Payroll / WFM) ???? Burlington, MA (Hybrid) ???? $63.00 - $68.00/hour ???? 6+ Month Contract (Potential Extension or Conversion) We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management (WFM) initiatives for a leading organization. This role is ideal for a project professional with strong PMO, governance, and stakeholder management experience who enjoys driving cross-functional projects from planning through execution. Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate multiple project workstreams simultaneously Manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocation Maintain RAID logs and proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies Facilitate stakeholder meetings and provide regular project status updates Support project governance, reporting, and executive communications Track project milestones and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule Partner with HR, Payroll, WFM, IT, and business teams to drive successful outcomes Qualifications:
5+ years of Project Management experience Strong PMO, governance, and project delivery background Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders Knowledge of HR, Payroll, Workforce Management (WFM), or HR Technology projects Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Experience with project management tools and methodologies Preferred:
Experience supporting HRIS, Payroll, HCM, or WFM system implementations Exposure to platforms such as Workday, UKG/Kronos, ADP, Oracle HCM, or SuccessFactors Benefits:
