Position Summary This position is hybrid, requiring working 2-3 days a week from any of the following locations: Jacksonville, FL; Hartford, CT; NYC, NY; Wellesley, MA; Blue Bell, PA The Automation and AI Enablement team will help establish and manage governance, prioritization, execution, measurement, and communication of automation and AI initiatives within the Service Operations PSS Center of Excellence. The Project Manager will play a critical role in building and maintaining the AI initiative inventory and roadmap, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, supporting responsible AI governance processes, and enabling executive-level visibility into progress, impact, and risk. The individual will also assist with implementation of the AI literacy roadmap for the PSS COE. Key Responsibilities Support intake, prioritization, and sequencing of new AI use cases. Coordinate the full lifecycle of AI initiatives from intake through deployment. Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define requirements and AI use cases and to deliver AI-enabled solutions to meet operational challenges. Track initiative status, dependencies, risks, and outcomes. Support vendor onboarding and contract coordination. Ensure consistent project documentation and post-implementation reviews. Support executive presentations and leadership updates. Build clear narratives on AI value, risks, and progress. Stay current with AI trends, tools and regulatory developments. Required Qualifications 5-7+ years of experience in project management. Experience managing project meetings, dashboards, and request pipelines. Solid understanding of AI technologies, responsible AI principles, and risk management frameworks. Experience developing AI use cases Strong organizational, change management and communication skills with attention to detail and follow-through. Experience preparing executive-facing materials. Preferred Qualifications 3+ years managing cross-functional projects or programs Experience with AI platforms and workflow automation tools (e.g. Power Automate, Microsoft CoPilot), and data visualization/reporting. Education Bachelor's degree or recent certification in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning or Applied AI related fields or equivalent demonstrated work experience. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $60,300.00 - $159,120.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
