Project Manager - Roofing Sales (Retail & Insurance Claims)Interstate Roofing | Salt Lake City, UT Are you motivated, self-driven, and looking for an opportunity with unlimited earning potential? Interstate Roofing is expanding and looking for Project Managers to help homeowners through the entire roofing process, from the initial inspection to project completion. Whether you're experienced in sales or looking for a career with strong income potential, we provide the training and support needed to succeed. What You'll Do Generate and manage your own leads Perform roof inspections and property evaluations Meet with homeowners and explain roofing solutions Assist homeowners through the insurance claims process when applicable Prepare and present roofing proposals Coordinate projects from contract signing through completion Communicate with adjusters, homeowners, and production teams Supplement insurance claims when necessary Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the project What We Offer Comprehensive training provided Commission-based 1099 position Starting commission split of 40%, with opportunities to earn higher commission levels based on performance Flexible schedule - work your own hours No income cap or earning ceiling Established company with over 30 years in business Strong reputation with licensed crews and high customer satisfaction Ongoing support and mentorship What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and self-motivation Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently Positive attitude and willingness to learn Reliable transportation Goal-oriented individuals who take ownership of their success Experience Preferred, But Not Required The more experience you have in sales, roofing, construction, insurance claims, or customer service, the better.
