Monday & Friday (unless site visits required) Standard hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (flexible) Travel to job sites required ( mileage reimbursed ) ???? What You'll Be Doing Manage multiple substation-related projects across various lifecycle stages Drive projects independently to successful completion Conduct site walkdowns (substations, gravel environments) Collaborate with and influence cross-functional stakeholders Prioritize and manage competing project timelines and budgets Support program execution strategy to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery ? Must-Have Qualifications Bachelor's degree (4-year) 5-10 years of Project Management experience Proven ability to own and drive projects independently Strong stakeholder engagement & communication skills Solid financial/business acumen Ability to interpret and act on technical project details Must have reliable transportation for site visits Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite ???? Preferred PMP certification Experience in utilities, engineering, construction , or substation projects ?? Key Requirements / Deal Breakers Must be comfortable with field work/site visits Must be self-motivated and able to progress projects with minimal oversight Must have access to a personal vehicle ????
