will not be considered Summary of the position: BEPC is seeking a highly motivated Building Automation Installation Project Manager to join our client's site in Independence, OH. This role will support organizing and managing resources to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality and cost constraints. The position manages multiple resources and oversees fast-paced BAS installation projects for National Account customers across North America.

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage internal and external resources to complete BAS installation projects. Establish and maintain project critical path and timelines. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving unforeseen issues. Develop and monitor project budgets. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and team members. Manage customer expectations and close expectation gaps. Manage and obtain approvals for change requests (scope and budget). Ensure adherence to client standards and processes. Prioritize issues for resolution, hold, or escalation. Ensure system installation and performance meet customer expectations and quality standards. Participate in pre-sales estimate reviews. Complete job estimates and base proposals. Oversee preparation of wiring diagrams, scope of work, sequences of operation, and programming. Approve Bills of Material. Review construction documents for installation requirements. Review and accept project booking packages from Sales. Create and maintain project timelines and milestones. Schedule product deliveries and subcontractors. Coordinate system checkout and commissioning. Oversee on-site training. Ensure completion and delivery of project closeout documents and software. Measure and approve financial milestones. Deliver a strong customer experience.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Experience managing construction or installation projects. Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS). Knowledge of HVAC systems and industry practices. Proven project management experience (planning, execution, budgeting, and scheduling). Ability to manage cross-functional teams including engineers, subcontractors, and coordinators. Experience reviewing construction documents and technical specifications. Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting project issues. Experience managing project budgets, change orders, and financial milestones. Strong communication skills with stakeholders, customers, and internal teams. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with remote project management across multiple sites. Experience in commissioning and system checkout processes. Familiarity with pre-sales estimates and proposal development. Experience coordinating subcontractors and turnkey installations. About
