5/19/2026 - 11/18/2026 Job Summary Seeking an experienced Project Manager Specialist to support marketing operations and production workflows across multiple business initiatives. This role will partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage project execution, maintain timelines, and ensure successful delivery of marketing projects and processes. Key Responsibilities Project & Operational Management Lead and support the successful execution of projects across multiple marketing functions. Create, maintain, and manage project documentation and workflows. Ensure project strategies and requirements are finalized before work begins to support smooth execution. Develop and maintain project schedules, reporting tools, and tracking documentation. Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans proactively. Partner with leadership and stakeholders regarding deadline adjustments, scope changes, and alternative project solutions. Ensure stakeholder feedback is incorporated in a timely manner. Systems & Process Management Serve as a subject matter expert for Workfront or similar project management systems. Audit and maintain system templates to ensure alignment with current processes and efficiencies. Build, update, and manage all marketing-related projects within the project management system. Ensure all project steps, documentation, and assets are accurately maintained. Cross-Functional Collaboration Lead and facilitate cross-functional meetings to drive project alignment and execution. Partner with internal teams to support decision-making, remove roadblocks, and manage project risks. Prepare meeting agendas and communicate follow-up actions and next steps. Monitor project progress and proactively address issues impacting timelines or deliverables. Coordinate timeline, scope, and resource adjustments with stakeholders as needed. Maintain strong collaboration with business partners to stay aligned on priorities and initiatives. Qualifications 3-5 years of Project Management and/or Operations Management experience Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience with Workfront or similar project management platforms preferred Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working in a hybrid work environment (onsite Tuesday-Thursday)
