This roles provides an entry-point into the world of tech operations, project management and more. San Francisco based, but open to remote for the right candidate.What you will do:
Communicate with customers, installers, internal teams Act likes an information glue between departments Coordinate installations nationwide over phone and email Contact and schedule installers and site surveys and installs Communicate across 70+ projects in parallel and good at managing emails and phone calls Swiftlane makes the access control system replacing key cards in commercial buildings (facial recognition + mobile access + video intercom). We're hiring a project manager to own our post-sales installation pipeline- 70+ projects/month Background we want: Project or installation coordinator at an energy, electric, building maintenance, access control, physical security, or AV integration companies.
