The role requires strong project management skills, the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, and hands-on experience with construction project management in mission-critical facilities. The successful candidate will manage schedules, budgets, contractors, and stakeholders while traveling to project sites as needed to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project delivery for data center and construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules, cost forecasts, and risk registers; proactively manage changes and mitigation actions. Coordinate and manage contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with specifications and codes. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, resolve issues, and enforce safety and quality standards. Facilitate project meetings, prepare status reports, and communicate project performance and risks to stakeholders and senior leadership. Manage procurement activities and subcontractor agreements, including scope review, approvals, and payment milestones. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, client standards, and company policies for mission-critical facilities. Drive continual improvement by identifying lessons learned, documenting best practices, and implementing process improvements. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of project management experience, with specific experience in construction project management for data centers or other mission-critical facilities. Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, with strong schedule and cost control skills. Experience managing multiple stakeholders, contractors, and vendors in a fast-paced environment. Willingness and ability to travel frequently to project sites (domestic and/or international) as required. Strong knowledge of construction methods, MEP systems, and building codes relevant to data centers. Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; PMP or similar certification is a plus. Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent) and familiarity with construction documentation and reporting.
