Project Manager - Commercial Construction / Retail Build-Outs Lux Brand Co. - Fort Myers, FL Lux Brand Co. is seeking a hands-on, highly organized Project Manager to oversee high-end commercial retail construction projects throughout the United States. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and can confidently manage multiple projects, subcontractors, schedules, vendors, and client relationships simultaneously. Our work includes high-end retail interior build-outs, commercial renovations, and multi-site retail projects nationwide. We are a growing company looking for someone who is proactive, adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of projects from pre-construction through closeout. We are not looking for a "corporate-only" PM. We want someone who communicates well, solves problems quickly, stays organized under pressure, and works collaboratively within a smaller, fast-moving team environment. ResponsibilitiesProject Management & Coordination Manage commercial retail construction projects from pre-construction through completion Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and field teams Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality, progress, and jobsite coordination Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Coordinate travel schedules and project logistics for out-of-state projects as needed Client & Vendor Communication Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders Maintain strong communication throughout all phases of the project Resolve project issues proactively to keep schedules and budgets on track Coordinate meetings, updates, change orders, and project documentation Budgeting & Cost Control Assist with budgeting, estimating, procurement, and cost tracking Review project expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities Manage change orders and ensure accurate project reporting Operational Oversight Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to company quality standards Coordinate inspections, deliveries, and project logistics Maintain organized project documentation and reporting Qualifications 3+ years of project management experience in commercial construction, retail construction, interior build-outs, or commercial renovations Strong understanding of commercial construction processes and scheduling Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and field operations Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities simultaneously Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment Proficiency with project management software such as Procore, Buildertrend, Microsoft Project, AI tools, or similar platforms is preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents Willingness to travel for projects as needed What We're Looking For Self-starter with strong initiative Organized and detail-oriented Team player with a positive attitude Adaptable and solutions-focused Strong communicator who works well with both clients and field teams Someone who takes ownership and follows through Someone who will contribute positively to our company culture and team environment Compensation & Benefits Starting salary: $80,000+ based on experience Bonus potential based on performance Paid time off Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Collaborative, supportive, and team-oriented work environment Job Type Full-time Location Hybrid remote based in Fort Myers, FL 33908 Travel required for projects throughout the
