$75.00 - $79.00 per hour Contractor Work Model:
Hybrid - onsite and remote Responsibilities Support the Inside Meter Move-Out (IMMO) program, driving program execution and coordination across multiple functions Track progress and deliverables, gather updates from stakeholders, and manage reporting and documentation Monitor financials and program performance, ensuring project scope, cost, schedule, and quality measures are met Coordinate heavily with scheduling, design, construction teams, gas utilization contractors, and other stakeholders Develop project plans, establish communication strategies, and provide day-to-day direction to project resources Prepare documentation and status reports, facilitate change management, and oversee project milestones Communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders, including delivering presentations to leadership, updating reports, metrics, and dashboards Manage administrative tasks related to the program, including financial oversight and progress tracking Requirements 3-7 years of project/program management experience, with a background in operations or execution-focused roles (up to ~10 years acceptable) Strong experience with project/program management, Excel, data analysis, and stakeholder management Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); SAP preferred Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills Self-management, organization, and ability to influence stakeholders effectively Technical background in engineering or construction is a plus, with familiarity or mastery of Business Intelligence tools and visualization tools being very desirable PMP certification is a nice-to-have, but not required System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
