Project Manager Experiential / Trade Show Projects

Synergy Design Group is seeking an organized, proactive Project Manager to lead custom trade show exhibits, brand activations, and event environments from internal handoff through execution and closeout. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves bringing complex projects to life, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work with no surprises. As a Project Manager, you will be the operational owner of awarded projects—coordinating timelines, budgets, internal teams, and client communication to ensure every detail is executed to Synergy's standards. What You'll Do Own projects from internal handoff through completion Lead internal kickoffs and cross-functional coordination Manage schedules, budgets, scope, and change orders Serve as the primary client point of contact post-sale Coordinate production, graphics, warehouse, shipping, and installation Identify risks early and solve problems before they escalate Maintain clear documentation and communication across teams What We're Looking For Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple complex projects at once High attention to detail and accountability Comfortable working cross-functionally with creative and production teams 2+ years of project management experience preferred in events, exhibits, or experiential activations Why Synergy Creative, collaborative team environment Opportunity to work on high-impact experiential projects Clear processes with room to improve and grow Leadership that values quality, trust, and teamwork
