We specialize in hydroblasting, fin fan cleaning, and CIP services—delivering safe, efficient, and reliable solutions in high-demand environments.

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and execute industrial service projects in the Plains region. This role is responsible for managing field operations, coordinating crews, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering projects on time and within scope. The ideal candidate understands the fast-paced nature of oil & gas operations, attention to detail by leading multiple projects to completion, and can effectively lead teams while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and oversee industrial cleaning projects from start to finish Ensure efficient crew utilization Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and communication Ensure all projects meet safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation Conduct site visits, job walkdowns, and pre-job planning meetings Collaborate with operations, sales, and HSE teams to ensure successful execution Identify and resolve operational challenges in real time Track and report project performance, productivity, and completion metrics

Required Qualifications:

Must reside in or near Midland, TX Strong understanding of field execution, crew management, and job site coordination Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-demand environment Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Excellent communication and client-facing abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

Project Management Certification (PMP or equivalent) Experience managing industrial cleaning, maintenance, or turnaround projects Familiarity with midstream, refinery, or upstream operations Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements in oil & gas
