Job Description:
Join our dynamic team as a Marketing Project Manager, where you'll lead exciting web update projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and compliance. This role offers a hybrid work environment with three days onsite in Minnetonka, MN. Responsibilities Manage and execute website update projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and content accuracy. Coordinate with digital and business teams to maintain brand standards and compliance requirements. Plan, track, and communicate project progress using designated project management tools. Conduct thorough proofreading and quality reviews to ensure clarity and consistency across deliverables. Identify risks and dependencies, recommending proactive solutions to keep projects on track. Skills Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 1-2 years of experience in Marketing Project Management. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and experience with project management systems. Preferred Skills Experience in the Health Insurance/Payor Industry. Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and escalate issues appropriately.
