  • General Contractor Hammond, IN | $130,000
  • 155,000 base + 20% bonus target + profit sharing + 4 weeks PTO A well-established General Contractor with over 60 years in business and approximately $400M in annual revenue is looking to add a Project Manager to its growing team in Hammond, IN.
This is a growth hire, not a replacement. The company has a strong backlog, continues to expand across the Midwest, and is looking for a Project Manager who wants to take ownership of meaningful work while building toward a future Project Executive role. You'll be leading projects from preconstruction through closeout across a varied portfolio including: Multifamily Affordable Housing Commercial Interiors Retail Light Industrial Education Healthcare Projects can range up to $75M , giving you exposure to complex, high-profile work without being limited to one repetitive project type.
