Project Manager - Hybrid#26-05453 Charlotte, NC Pennington, NJ Plano, TX On-site Contract Starts 7/01/2026 Ends 6/30/2027 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking a Project Manager for a hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC, Plano, TX and Pennington, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role requires amitment to a hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite. The ideal candidate will leverage extensive project and program management experience within a Scaled Agile environment to manage multiple projects through their lifecycle, facilitate engagement with senior leaders, and navigate a fast-paced, global setting.

Responsibilities:

Successfully manage multiple projects at various stages of the project life cycle Leverage working knowledge of Scaled Agile methodologies to manage projects Facilitate engagement with senior leaders and financial, legal,pliance, and risk partners Lead meetings, follow-up, negotiate, and resolve ambiguity with strongmunication skills Prioritize workload, proactively react to issues, and adapt to shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment Work effectively with disparate teams globally

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Project/Program Management Well-versed in Project Management within a Scaled Agile environment Strong experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, and Microsoft Project Advanced proficiency with productivity tools like Excel and PowerPoint Knowledge of methodologies including Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Agile principles, and Change Management Excellentmunication, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-management skills Ability to work well under pressure in a deadline-specific environment Desired skills: Proven track record managing multiple projects across the lifecycle in Scaled Agile environments Significant experience in financial management including budget tracking, cost forecasting, and reporting Experience presenting to senior leaders and cross-functional partners Experience working with globally distributed teams Pay range: $52.54 - $60.54 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
