Project Manager - Infrastructure

Our Client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple infrastructure services projects with a focus on enterprise network implementation, modernization, and secure connectivity initiatives. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who takes ownership of project delivery, manages priorities effectively, and is passionate about creating an outstanding customer experience. This is a hybrid position with an on-site interview. This is only eligible for a W2 or W2 contract. Overview In this role, you will manage complex infrastructure projects from planning through execution, working closely with technical teams, vendors, business stakeholders, and leadership. You will be responsible for developing project schedules, maintaining work breakdown structures, coordinating resources, tracking progress, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives. Responsibilities Manage multiple infrastructure services projects across the full project lifecycle. Develop and maintain project schedules, work breakdown structures, status reports, and project documentation. Identify resource needs and collaborate with leadership to secure appropriate project support. Track project progress, workload, risks, issues, action items, and key performance indicators. Lead meeting scheduling, facilitation, minutes, follow-ups, and stakeholder communications. Support vendor selection activities, including RFP development, evaluation matrices, and product selection coordination. Write and manage the contract scope of deliverables in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders. Support process and standards creation, updates, and compliance across assigned projects. Prepare and deliver clear communications, including end-user updates, IT notifications, and broadcast messages. Requirements 5+ years of project management experience, preferably within infrastructure or enterprise technology environments. Experience leading enterprise network implementation projects, including end-to-end deployments, infrastructure readiness, and deployment planning. Strong knowledge of WAN connectivity, carrier circuit coordination, telecom provider tracking, and circuit readiness activities. Experience supporting Cisco network infrastructure modernization, including switching environments, secure connectivity, routing and switching coordination, and network refresh initiatives. Ability to manage network cut-over and migration planning, including traffic transitions, stabilization, and business-critical migration activities. Experience managing network security and access infrastructure projects, including secure connectivity, DDoS mitigation, malware defense, and authentication/access reliability initiatives. Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify issues, obstacles, and opportunities and implement effective solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders. Tools and Technology Microsoft Office 365 Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, Visio, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online, and Teams. Experience with Clarity PPM and Azure DevOps is preferred.
