This role requires a solid financial background, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end ERP Cloud (Oracle Fusion Financials) implementation projects Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations Collaborate with cross-functional teams across finance, IT, and operations Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements Identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure smooth project execution Facilitate meetings, drive collaboration, and maintain clear communication Manage multiple concurrent projects with strong prioritization Required Skills & Experience Strong experience with ERP Cloud implementations (Oracle Fusion Financials preferred) Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and general ledger structures Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and engaging executive stakeholders Excellent project management, scheduling, and documentation skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or

MIS 7-10
