The Project Manager plays a key operational role in keeping our team organized and projects moving efficiently as we grow. This person will serve as the hub for team initiatives, with a strong focus on coordinating and executing marketing projects from start to finish. In this role, you will manage workflows in Asana, track timelines and deliverables, and ensure tasks, approvals, and submissions stay on schedule. You'll act as a liaison between our internal team, external partners (including creative and digital agencies), and industry publishers, while also supporting the Marketing Director by helping manage and route marketing-related communications. We are a fast-moving, entrepreneurial team, and this role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once. Key Responsibilities Project Management & Workflow Coordination Manage projects from planning through completion in Asana, including timelines, task assignments, and deliverables Track progress and proactively follow up with team members to ensure projects stay on schedule Coordinate approvals and feedback across stakeholders to keep work moving efficiently Oversee timelines for key initiatives (including webinars, events, and direct mail) to ensure all materials are delivered on time Help improve and maintain team workflows and processes to increase organization and efficiency Marketing Project Support Partner with the Marketing Director and Marketing Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute marketing initiatives across multiple channels (listings, ads, email, webinars, events, and content) Oversee the marketing pipeline for ~50 active listings, ensuring timely creation of landing pages, marketing materials, and overall project progression Manage all marketing projects in Asana, including timelines, deliverables, approvals, and cross-team communication to keep work moving forward Serve as the operational liaison with external partners (design agency, SEO/paid ads, mailhouse, trade journals), ensuring assets, deadlines, and submissions are completed accurately and on time Maintain and enforce marketing workflows and SOPs, including managing approvals, revisions, and calendars to improve efficiency and organization across the team Administrative & Team Coordination Serve as the administrative backbone for project and marketing operations Help organize how the team manages and prioritizes work across projects Assist with managing parts of the Marketing Director's email and communications as needed Schedule meetings, track action items, and ensure follow-through on next steps Maintain organized documentation and project records Process Improvement & Team Organization Identify opportunities to improve systems, project workflows, and team efficiency Help document and refine processes for how projects are managed and executed Ensure the team's project management system remains organized and up to date Support leadership in implementing improved operational systems Experience Needed 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, administrative support, marketing coordination, or a similar role Experience coordinating with external vendors, creative agencies, or media publishers is highly preferred. Experience using Asana or another project management platform required Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent follow-through and ability to keep projects moving forward Comfort coordinating across multiple team members and tracking deliverables Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle highly sensitive business and financial information with absolute discretion and confidentiality. Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with leadership and the marketing team Experience supporting marketing teams or marketing projects is preferred.Compensation & Hours Compensation:
$30- 35/
Hour Hours:
Part-Time, approximately 20 hours per weekWork Arrangement:
Hybrid preferred (Charleston-based candidates encouraged), with flexibility for some remote work.Pay:
$30.00- $35.
