Salary :
$90,000 - $140,000 About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to support the execution of large-scale power generation projects serving mission-critical data center infrastructure. This is an outstanding opportunity for an engineer who wants to grow into full EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) project leadership within a fast-growing sector. The ideal candidate is organized, technically sharp, and eager to take ownership while working alongside experienced project leaders on complex energy and infrastructure projects across the country. Responsibilities
  • Support project execution from engineering and design through construction and commissioning
  • Track project schedules, budgets, procurement, and key milestones
  • Coordinate engineering deliverables, submittals, and document control
  • Interface with vendors, subcontractors, contractors, and field teams
  • Assist with construction progress tracking and issue resolution
  • Prepare project reports, meeting minutes, and tracking logs
  • Help ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget
  • Support field coordination and site activities during active construction phases Qualifications Required
  • 2-10 years of experience in engineering, construction, or project management
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively to project sites Preferred
  • Experience with power generation, energy infrastructure, mission-critical facilities, or large industrial projects
  • Exposure to EPC project environments
  • Experience supporting construction or commissioning activities Compensation & Growth
Base Salary:
$90,000 - $140,000
    Bonus:
