• 95/hour We are hiring an experienced Project Manager (PMI/PMP preferred) to lead a fast-paced nationwide field outreach and operations program supporting a large OEM safety recall initiative.

This remote contract role will oversee field deployment, contractor management, KPI reporting, and operational execution across all 50 states. The ideal candidate has experience managing large-scale field operations, logistics, workforce deployment, or multi-state programs with 100+ contractors. This is a high-visibility role requiring strong leadership, real-time problem solving, and executive-level communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage nationwide field outreach operations across 2,100+ ZIP codes Oversee scheduling, dispatch, and performance of 250+ field contractors Monitor live dashboards, outreach activity, and productivity metrics Deliver daily reporting and executive project updates Resolve coverage gaps, escalations, and contractor performance issues Coordinate rapid deployment and onboarding in underserved markets Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and timeline completion

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience PMP or PMI certification preferred 5-8+ years of project management or field operations experience Strong background in logistics, workforce deployment, or nationwide programs Experience with KPI tracking, reporting dashboards, and contractor management preferred
