Project Manager (Seaborn)

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a fast-paced team, with a focus on sales enablement initiatives. This role partners closely with a Senior Project Manager and creative stakeholders to manage projects from intake through delivery. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and thrives in an environment where priorities move quickly and attention to detail is critical.

Responsibilities:

Support the Senior Project Manager on creative projectsServe as a day-to-day point of contact for questionsManage project intake from meetings and translate information into clear next stepsCoordinate timelines, tasks, and deliverables within AsanaReview creative deliverables to ensure specs, naming conventions, and requirements are metCommunicate regularly with designers to provide updates and keep projects on trackConduct follow-ups / scheduled check-ins to maintain momentum and deadlinesTrack project progress and flag risks or issues proactivelyBuild and update PowerPoint decks to report on creative output and performance for senior leadership
