Wisconsin , West Allis Job Description We are seeking a Project Manager / Estimator to join a well-established contractor specializing in structural demolition and site redevelopment, with additional work in select heavy civil scopes. This is a hybrid role responsible for both estimating and managing demolition projects from bid through completion, working closely with field teams to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective execution.

Responsibilities:

Prepare estimates, takeoffs, and bids for structural demolition projects Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout Coordinate field operations, subcontractors, and site logistics Oversee budgets, schedules, change orders, and project documentation

Qualifications:

4+ years of construction experience Strong preference for structural demolition experience Heavy civil/sitework experience is a plus Experience in estimating and/or project management Strong organizational and communication skills
