Wisconsin , West Allis Job Description We are seeking a Project Manager / Estimator to join a well-established contractor specializing in structural demolition and site redevelopment, with additional work in select heavy civil scopes. This is a hybrid role responsible for both estimating and managing demolition projects from bid through completion, working closely with field teams to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective execution.Responsibilities:
Prepare estimates, takeoffs, and bids for structural demolition projects Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout Coordinate field operations, subcontractors, and site logistics Oversee budgets, schedules, change orders, and project documentationQualifications:
4+ years of construction experience Strong preference for structural demolition experience Heavy civil/sitework experience is a plus Experience in estimating and/or project management Strong organizational and communication skillsWhat We Offer:
