Job Description:

The Senior Project Manager (EPMO) plans, manages and delivers distinct projects through all specific phases, in alignment with business and / or enterprise strategies. This role provides leadership, direction and coaching to team(s) while partnering with business and executive stakeholders within a single or across multiple Lines of Business (LoB). The scope of projects includes the bank card space and retail distribution space, specifically store enhancements.

Responsibilities:

Manage projects with a moderate to high level of regulatory oversight and risk profiles ranging from moderately high to high. Lead the delivery of Tier 2 and / or Tier 3 projects, with the potential to lead Tier 1 projects. Indirectly manage cross-LoB project teams consisting of Business Analysts, Business SMEs, and Technology Resources. Track, forecast, and manage project budgets. Serve as a change agent, guiding cross-functional teams through complex change from concept to execution. Facilitate meetings (approximately 50% of the time) and interact with internal stakeholders. Ensure project compliance, delivering results on time and within budget. Foster a cohesive team environment and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external partners.

Experience:

10+ years of relevant experience. Experience working within a large organization on complex projects is preferred. Proven ability to stay focused under pressure and demonstrate resilience in challenging situations.

Skillsets:

Budget Management. Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence. Strong facilitation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Comprehensive knowledge of project management practices, procedures, and principles. • Strategic thinking and strong business acumen.

Education:

Undergraduate Degree.

Nice-to-have:

Experience with Credit Card (TSYS) and Clarity.

Certifications:

Project Management Certification is ideal.
