Job Description

Project Manager•Water & Wastewater (Hybrid) Overview An established engineering and infrastructure consulting firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead water and wastewater projects from planning through completion. This role involves managing schedules, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams while serving as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Manage full lifecycle of water/wastewater engineering projects. Oversee budgets, timelines, and quality of deliverables. Prepare and review plans, specifications, and contract documents. Coordinate with contractors and conduct site visits to monitor progress and compliance. Maintain strong client relationships and communication. Support permitting processes with agencies and municipalities. Collaborate with internal teams to allocate resources effectively. Assist with proposals, cost estimates, and business development efforts. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred. 8+ years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in project management. Experience with water distribution, wastewater systems, hydraulics, and environmental regulations. Familiarity with modeling software and standard business tools. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Willingness to travel to project sites as needed; valid driver's license required. What's Offered Competitive salary with bonus potential.
