We're Growing — Join Our Project Management Team We're expanding and looking for early‑career to mid‑career Project Managers who have developed solid project delivery skills and are ready to take on broader responsibilities across multidisciplinary projects. As part of our Resources Hub, you'll contribute to delivering project and design management services across the Resources and New Energy sectors. You'll coordinate with engineering teams, support project planning and delivery, and help ensure outcomes meet scope, statutory requirements, and client expectations. In this role, you'll collaborate with senior leadership, support major project bids, and contribute to activities that drive business growth. You'll be involved in multidisciplinary design management across civil, mechanical, electrical, and structural engineering. You'll help track project objectives and KPIs, and assist in coordinating studies, engineering, design, fabrication, installation, commissioning, quality, health and safety, finance, administration, and cost and schedule performance. You'll also play a role in supporting capability development within project teams. Here's what you'll need Relevant Tertiary Degree and essential to demonstrate professional Project Management / Project Engineering experience within the Mining resources sector. Current knowledge of project delivery methods, applicable codes and specifications associated with mining resources projects. Experience and demonstrated track record of successfully delivering within various aspects of project management delivery including the planning, design and commissioning processes, construction methods and interface requirements of multi-disciplinary studies and projects for resources and/or new energy key clients. Strong understanding of managing engineering design packages and multidisciplinary engineering disciplines. Strong understanding of project management principles, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in project management software.
