Job Summary:
We are seeking a Project Support Specialist II to support the Wireless Implementation Team by managing accounts payable invoicing, vendor accounts, and project financial tracking. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, budget monitoring, and timely processing of invoices and change orders while maintaining strong relationships with vendors and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Process invoices, change orders, and purchase orders within established timelines. Manage project financial codes and funding across systems (Oracle, Sitetracker, Magnit). Track project budgets, expenditures, and milestone reporting. Monitor vendor agreements and maintain strong supplier relationships. Support process improvements and maintain documentation. Create and manage work orders and onboard new suppliers.
Qualifications:
Associate degree or 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable, Project Support, Business Operations, or Telecommunications. Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and MS Office. Knowledge of basic accounting principles, budgeting, and process improvement. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Experience with tools like Oracle, Magnit, or Sitetracker is a plus.
