Standard Business Hours About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Project/Document Coordinator to join our Investment Operations team. This role plays a critical part in managing the end-to-end documentation lifecycle for assets contributed to reinsurance trust accounts. You will act as a central coordinator ensuring all required documentation is accurate, complete, properly executed, and delivered on time-supporting multiple bank accounts and asset classes. Key Responsibilities Manage the full documentation lifecycle including preparation, internal approvals, execution, mailing, tracking, and final delivery Coordinate documentation across multiple stakeholders including Legal, Investment Operations, Custody Teams, and external partners Ensure all documents meet compliance standards and are aligned with defined processes and requirements Track progress of documentation and follow up to ensure timely completion and bank confirmation Handle data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness Maintain logs, trackers, and reporting related to document status and workflow Support multiple trust accounts and asset classes, adapting to varying documentation requirements. Required Skills & Experience Strong experience in document management, coordination, or operations support Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience working in financial services, banking, or investment operations (highly preferred) Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills Ability to follow structured processes and ensure tasks are completed end-to-end Comfortable working with tracking tools, documentation systems, and workflow processes Ideal Candidate Highly organized and detail-driven professional Proven ability to track documents from initiation to completion Comfortable working across cross-functional teams Ability to quickly understand process frameworks and documentation requirements Self-starter who can manage work independently while maintaining high quality
