Full Job Description Summary of Job Description:
The PX International & PMO Analyst provides analytical, data-driven, reporting, and project coordination support to the Panda Express International Leadership and PMO Teams. This role supports international and licensed business operations through quantitative analysis of operational and marketing data, development of data models and dashboards, and generation of decision-support insights, in addition to dashboard and tracker maintenance and project follow up activities.
Job Responsibilities:
Provides project coordination support to the International Leadership and PMO teams, including building, validating, and maintaining datasets used in predictive analysis and business intelligence tools. Supports project execution activities, including logistics, communications, and tracking deliverables related to International and Licensed business; applies quantitative and analytical techniques under guidance to support project evaluation and decision-support. Conducts quantitative and location-based analysis of trade areas, guest behavior, and store performance to support site selection, market development, and competitive positioning strategies. Generates data-driven insights that support market evaluation and operational decisions. Maintains and updates BI dashboards, reports, and trackers used to monitor performance across the international and domestic licensed store portfolio leveraging analytical models that translate complex datasets into actionable business insights for leadership. Supports the International Leadership Team and PMO Team in coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and communications with international and licensed partners and preparing necessary data-driven materials. Provides support to the Executive Director of Non-Traditional & International Restaurant Development related to international and licensed operations, including document preparation, status tracking, and coordination of routine follow up activities, as well as development of analytical summaries and performance evaluations to inform leadership.

  • Benefits available for eligible permanent full time associates Qualifications - External Your background and experience: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Operations, International Relations or related fields with coursework or demonstrated experience in quantitative analysis, statistics, data analytics, econometrics, or related STEM disciplines; Master's degree preferred Minimum three years of combined experience in a retail or hospitality environment and/or graduate education required Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.
Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.
Pay Range :
P2: $72,500 - $101,500 / Annual Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
