The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for leading the successful execution of assigned projects within their region. This includes managing job schedules, technician assignments, and client communications. The PM acts as the primary contact for day-to-day project coordination and ensures work is completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with quality expectations. This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and proactive collaboration with technicians, Assistant Project Managers, and the Senior Project Manager. Duties 1. Project Coordination & Execution Manage daily project execution, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and scope Coordinate and oversee technician scheduling for assigned projects Serve as the primary contact for clients during project execution Attend project-related calls and meetings as needed 2. Client & Technician Communication Maintain regular communication with customers regarding job updates and scheduling Communicate with field technicians regarding assignments, job progress, and any field issues Coordinate with clients and APMs on deliverables, timelines, and report revisions 3. Change Orders, Billing and Punch Lists Generate and follow up on project change orders in coordination with the Senior PM Collaborate with SPM, APM and Accounting to ensure accurate invoicing on assigned projects Manage punch list follow-up tasks and technician assignments 4. Reporting & Documentation Oversight Review and contribute to JEM and scheduling reports for assigned projects Quality Control Review technician final reports and collaborate with APMs or technicians to address formatting or content issues Address any rejected reports or report questions in coordination with the project engineering team, ensuring timely resubmission 5. Collaboration with Assistant Project Managers Oversee administrative project support task completion for assigned projects Provide direction and feedback to APMs on report prep, document collection, and weekly report formatting 6. Process Adherence & Improvement Ensure company procedures and client expectations are consistently met on assigned projects Identify and escalate risks or issues to the Senior PM in a timely manner Qualifications Strong organizational and project coordination skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and internal platforms (e.g., USAbalancer) Ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously Experience and Education 3+ years of experience in project coordination, field work, or technician oversight in TAB or HVAC-related roles Field technician experience and/or familiarity with TAB workflows strongly preferred NEBB Certification is a plus but not required Physical Requirements Occasional travel for job site visits or client meetings Must have a reliable home office setup with high-speed internet Availability for calls across multiple time zones as needed Must have a valid driver's license If you are someone who's ready to bring your project management skills to a remote role where you can lead with purpose and make a lasting impact, this opportunity is for you!
