ABOUT US
Westminster Millwork is a Massachusetts-based, full-service millwork fabrication and installation company founded in 1989. We operate from a 58,000 sq ft facility and our team of 35 produces custom cabinetry, countertops, doors, and millwork for residential and commercial clients throughout New England.
THE ROLE
We are looking for a motivated Residential Sales & Project Manager to own and grow our residential kitchen and millwork division. You will be the primary point of contact for homeowners, interior designers, and kitchen & bath remodelers -- taking projects from first meeting through final installation.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Meet with residential clients to understand their needs and develop project scopes Prepare estimates and proposals for kitchen cabinetry, countertops, and millwork Work closely with our design team and shop to bring projects to production Manage client relationships and communication from sale through installation Develop and grow a book of residential clients including homeowners, designers, and remodelers Coordinate with installation crews to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 2-5
years of experience in kitchen & bath sales, millwork, or finish carpentry Strong client-facing communication and relationship-building skills Ability to read basic floor plans or architectural drawings (preferred) Self-motivated and comfortable in a commission-driven role Familiarity with cabinet lines, countertop materials, or millwork products a plus Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
COMPENSATION
Base salary: $45,000-$65,000 depending on experience Commission structure on all closed residential sales On-target earnings: $70,000-$100,000+ Benefits package available
