We're looking for a driven, self-sufficient roofing professional to come in on the ground floor and grow with us. This is a real opportunity — not just a job. What You'll Do Generate your own roofing leads and close sales (storm, retail, or both) Manage jobs from signed contract through completion — coordinating schedules, materials, and crew Build relationships with homeowners and adjusters Be the face of Workhorse Exteriors in the field Compensation 50/50 profit split after overhead on every job you sell and manage No cap on earnings — you control your income Experienced closers can realistically earn $80,000-$150,000+/year What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of roofing sales experience — you must be able to hit the ground running Proven track record of closing residential roofing contracts Experience managing production schedules and subcontractors Strong communication skills with homeowners and insurance adjusters Self-motivated, organized, and reliable Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle This is not an entry-level position.
