In this role, you will be a valuable part of the Organizational Change Management team, helping to drive the success of a global
SAP S/4HANA
program. This position involves managing training schedules, coordinating logistics, and providing administrative support for the program. This is a long-term contract opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a comprehensive global training schedule for
SAP S/4HANA
sessions.
Coordinate training workshops and meetings, including managing calendar invites and ensuring accurate participant lists.
Optimize attendance by balancing trainer availability, participant schedules, and global time zones.
Monitor and report on training enrollment, attendance, and completion status.
Collaborate with trainers, project leads, and stakeholders to confirm scheduling needs and logistical details.
Maintain records, trackers, and dashboards using tools like Excel to ensure accurate documentation.
Assist in creating and distributing training materials and presentations using PowerPoint.
Support readiness activities and other change management tasks throughout the program.
Provide administrative support to the Organizational Change Management team as required.
Ensure effective communication across all levels of the organization to facilitate program success. Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination or training coordination, preferably within large-scale transformation programs.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook for calendar management, Excel for tracking and reporting, and PowerPoint for presentation creation.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a global environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of interacting with diverse stakeholders.
Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate across teams.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and task follow-through.
Experience working with global teams and coordinating across time zones is preferred.
