Full Job Description Senior Electrical Project Manager Senior Electrical Project Manager Location:
San Bernardino, CA OR Edmonds, WA Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead our electrical design projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the AEC industry and a proven track record in managing complex electrical systems and teams. This role requires a strong focus on client development and the ability to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage electrical design projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to develop comprehensive project plans and proposals. Oversee the electrical design process, including power systems, lighting design, and MEP coordination. Utilize AutoCAD MEP and Revit for design and documentation purposes. Conduct feasibility studies and prepare detailed project estimates and budgets. Ensure compliance with LEED standards and sustainability practices in all projects. Mentor and guide junior engineers and project staff in technical and project management skills. Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to support business development efforts. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical project management within the AEC industry. Proficient in AutoCAD MEP and Revit software. Strong knowledge of power systems, lighting design, and MEP coordination. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with proposal writing and client development. Familiarity with LEED certification processes and sustainability practices. Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. What's In It for
