About the Opportunity We are looking for a Senior Project Coordinator to join our Transportation team in our Greater Washington region. This position will provide support for our transportation project managers and support project delivery. You will report to a Senior Project Controls Specialist and work a hybrid schedule, ideally coming into one of our Puget Sound office locations for team and project collaboration. Your Role on the
Team:
Support project functions including scope and budget development, progress reporting, project delivery support, project status tracking, meeting coordination, and workload forecasting. Provide quality control and coordination of client deliverables. Coordinate and engage with project managers, project teams, Finance, Contracts, and our clients to ensure that projects are delivered with attention to quality, schedule, and budget. What You Bring to the Team:
5+ years of experience in the AEC industry, handling tasks such as scope preparation, budgeting, invoicing, cost tracking, QA/QC, and project closeout. Technical editing and document proofing experience. Experience coordinating and tracking project work, monitoring schedules and budgets, calculating earned value, managing deliverables, and supporting teams with project deadlines and client commitments. Technical experience in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook and SharePoint. Experience in technical report editing and formatting. Experience with BST10 and Emburse knowledge will be a bonus.
