RESPONSIBILITIES
Kforce has a client in Atlanta, GA that is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support a highly visible initiative focused on strengthening problem management practices across enterprise operations. This role is execution-driven and responsible for ensuring recurring issues are resolved, accountability is maintained, and value is clearly tracked and communicated.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead recurring problem management meetings with senior leadership, including VP-level stakeholders
  • Track and report on issue resolution, ownership, past-due items, escalations, and business value delivered
  • Drive follow-up and execution across multiple teams without direct authority
  • Partner with functional leaders to ensure issues are properly logged, prioritized, and resolved
  • Maintain consistent communication, transparency, and reporting cadence across stakeholders
  • Reduce recurring incidents and improve efficiency through disciplined problem resolution practices
  • Establish scalable processes to support future automation and advanced problem identification
REQUIREMENTS
  • Strong experience in project management, operations, problem management, or similar execution-focused roles
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence senior leadership
  • Proven ability to lead meetings, drive accountability, and escalate issues as needed
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Self-starter with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience tracking outcomes, metrics, and business value delivery
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Background in problem management, incident management, or operational transformation
  • Experience in supply chain, retail, or large enterprise environments
  • Exposure to or interest in AI-enabled operations or automation The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role.
We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
