Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale, strategic supply chain technology initiatives that support our complex, multi-channel retail and fulfillment operations. This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days/week on site in Greater Portland, Maine. This role will initially focus on a major upgrade of our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to enable new operational capabilities across our distribution network. The ideal candidate brings deep experience managing enterprise supply chain technology programs, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget. You'll work across business, IT, and vendor teams while overseeing multi-million-dollar programs that have significant impact on company operations and customer experience. What You'll Do Lead Enterprise Supply Chain Programs Manage complex, cross-functional supply chain and fulfillment system initiatives from planning through implementation Lead strategic, multi-year programs with significant business impact and executive visibility Oversee internal teams, vendor partners, and external project managers Drive successful delivery of projects on scope, on schedule, and within budget Program & Project Management Build and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures Manage project governance, milestones, risks, dependencies, and change control processes Coordinate resources and staffing plans across multiple teams Use tools such as Jira, MS Project, Confluence, and SharePoint to manage delivery execution Negotiate priorities and resolve competing demands to maintain project momentum Team & Stakeholder Leadership Align business, IT, and vendor teams around goals, timelines, and success metrics Facilitate decision-making and accountability across stakeholders and governance groups Provide clear executive-level communication, project updates, and presentations Lead organizational change management efforts to support adoption and minimize disruption Mentor and coach project managers and team members on project management best practices Budget, Risk & Vendor Management Manage large program budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking Monitor project spend and communicate budget variances proactively Identify and mitigate project risks across scope, schedule, quality, and cost Manage vendor relationships, deliverables, staffing, invoices, and contract coordination What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 7+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional technology projects or programs Strong experience with supply chain systems and fulfillment operations Experience implementing or upgrading Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Proven ability to manage large budgets, multiple stakeholders, and enterprise-scale initiatives Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and leadership skills Strong negotiation, decision-making, and influencing capabilities Preferred Qualifications Agile project management experience and/or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) PMP or other project management certification Manhattan Active or Manhattan WMS experience Experience leading large-scale supply chain transformation initiatives ProSearch, Inc. was established in Portland, Maine, in 1994 to provide companies with a full range of search, staffing and contracting services, specializing in the functional areas of information technology, accounting and finance, sales and marketing, customer service, human resources, and office support utilizing a consultative approach. Pay:
$130,000.00 - $140,000.00 per yearBenefits:
