US Citizen or a Green Card holder The Judge Group is seeking a Project Manager to join a growing, cross-functional team within a leading insurance organization. This role is being hired on a contract-to-hire basis , with the intent to convert to a full-time position based on performance and business need. This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys driving complex initiatives while gaining visibility with senior leadership in a highly collaborative environment. What You'll Do Own project delivery from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives Define scope, timelines, deliverables, and success criteria across multiple workstreams Partner with business and technology teams to drive execution and maintain alignment Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking for assigned initiatives Identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks, proactively driving resolution Deliver clear, concise updates to stakeholders and leadership Support governance processes including change control, status reporting, and escalation management Promote accountability and a solutions-oriented team environment What We're Looking For 5+ years of hands-on project management experience delivering complex initiatives end-to-end Experience within Insurance or Financial Services environments Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and competing priorities Strong communication skills•able to translate complex topics into clear, actionable updates Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Monday.com, or similar Exposure to formal change management frameworks (PROSCI, ADKAR, Kotter, Lean Change, etc.)
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related discipline PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification Why This Role Clear path to full-time conversion High visibility projects with business impact Collaborative, team-oriented environment Stable organization within the insurance space
