Senior Project Manager Rosemont, IL | $145,000-$175,000 base + bonus + vehicle allowance + ESOP A highly respected, $500M general contractor is looking to add a Senior Project Manager to its growing Rosemont office. This is an opportunity to join a well-established Chicago contractor with the resources, project pipeline and financial stability of a larger firm, without the layers of corporate red tape that often come with it. The company has a strong backlog of local work and is looking for an experienced Project Manager who wants to take ownership of meaningful projects, build lasting client relationships and continue progressing toward a Project Executive-level role. The Opportunity As Senior Project Manager, you will lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, working closely with clients, architects, subcontractors and field teams. Projects typically range from $10M-$100M+ across: Healthcare Commercial Education Municipal and public-sector work Mixed-use developments Complex renovation and occupied-space projects The position is based in Rosemont, with projects concentrated throughout Chicagoland. This is not a road-warrior role.
