To Apply for this Job Click Here Our client, a leading commercial real estate services firm, is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a 1+ year contract role. The position is based 100% onsite in Boston, MA (with potential for occasional remote flexibility over time), and offers $55/hour, with standard hours of 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage projects from planning through execution, including budgeting, scheduling, and delivery Oversee all aspects of project performance to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability Build and maintain strong client relationships while aligning project goals with client objectives Uphold a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
Candidate Qualifications:
PMP certification or equivalent project management certification required Minimum of 7 years of project management experience, preferably within commercial real estate, construction, or industrial sectors Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience with construction processes and knowledge of building codes preferred Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
Master's degree, multi-sector project experience (office, retail, industrial, healthcare), and experience with change management and innovation
