Location:
Chicago is preferred for hybrid schedule; open to remote candidates who meet all criteria Responsibilities Support and assist with ongoing portfolio priorities across areas such as: Customer Experience, Brand positioning, Food & Beverage, Service Standards Coordinate and track all aspects of multiple projects from discovery to delivery Own the logistics of recurring leadership meetings and global stakeholder calls, from agenda development through action item follow-up, and support in-person workshops and leadership sessions Assist with internal brand updates, monthly reporting, asset licensing, and Point file management Qualificatio ns Bachelor's degree 7+ years of experience in project management, brand strategy, or marketing operations Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, and Point Experience in hospitality, travel, luxury, or consumer brands is highly preferred
