Job Description

Our client, a recognized leader in the water infrastructure sector, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of small to medium-sized Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) and Service projects focused on wastewater treatment. This is a pivotal role for a seasoned professional passionate about sustainable water solutions and infrastructure development. About the Role As a Senior Project Manager within the Water Infrastructure division, you will oversee the full lifecycle of wastewater treatment projects, managing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Your leadership will be key in managing client relationships, mitigating risks, and driving innovation in wastewater treatment solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all aspects of small to medium-sized wastewater EPC and service projects, ensuring alignment with financial, schedule, quality, and contractual goals Direct cross-functional teams across engineering, procurement, construction, and startup phases Build and maintain strong client relationships, support contract negotiations, and identify opportunities for repeat business Proactively manage project risks, including technical challenges, regulatory compliance, and evolving client requirements Coordinate with internal teams and third-party contractors to ensure seamless project execution and delivery Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations specific to wastewater treatment Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred Minimum of 10 years' experience in project management, with a strong focus on wastewater treatment or water infrastructure Proven track record of successfully delivering EPC or service projects in the water sector Strong leadership and team management skills Expertise in risk management, contract negotiation, and client engagement Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and environmental standards related to wastewater treatment Ability to meet pre-employment onboarding requirements, including background checks and drug screening What Our Client Offers Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package Flexible work schedule with hybrid work options Health, dental, and vision insurance, plus wellness programs 401(k) plan with company match Generous paid time off, sick leave, and holidays Performance-based bonuses Tuition reimbursement and professional development support Ready to Apply?
